Any diagnostic fee, when applicable, is disclosed before work begins, and we provide an upfront, flat-rate quote that you approve before we perform the work. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated and may change or end at any time.

4. Scheduling & Service Availability

Same-day and emergency availability depends on demand, time of day, location, and crew availability, and is not guaranteed in every case. Arrival windows are estimates. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed if timing changes.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

We stand behind our work. The specific warranty or guarantee for any job — for example, a workmanship warranty on a repair — is provided in writing on your invoice or work order and is subject to the terms stated there. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are provided by the manufacturer. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, unrelated failures, or work performed by others.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, check, and cash. Financing, where offered, is provided by a third-party lender and subject to that lender's approval and terms.
